Exportar y borrar tus datos

Press On · Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Press On (called Una Más on phones set to Spanish) is an app to log your gym workouts. This policy explains what data it handles and where that data stays.

Your data stays on your phone

Everything you record in the app — workouts, sets, weights, reps, routines, notes, measurements and body weight, and your training profile such as height or goal — is stored on your device. The app works offline and does not send it to any server unless you turn on the cloud backup, which is optional and explained below. You do not need an account to use the app; you only need one for the cloud backup.

Cloud backup (optional)

If you sign in with your Google account in Settings → Cloud backup, and only then:

Your feedback (optional)

If you answer "How is the app going?", your rating (1 to 5), your comment if you write one, the app version and language, and your account identifier if you are signed in are sent. They are used only to improve the app and stored with the same provider.

What we do not do

App updates

To receive improvements without reinstalling, the app occasionally checks Expo's update service (Expo EAS Update). Only technical data travels in that request: the platform, the app version and a random installation identifier, which is not tied to your name or Google account and is used to deliver updates. Never your workouts. As with any internet connection, the server may log your IP address. See Expo's privacy policy.

Health Connect (optional)

If you connect it from Settings → Integrations, and only then, the app uses Android's Health Connect with two permissions you can withdraw at any time from the Health Connect app itself:

Health Connect data is processed on your phone. The one exception is body weight, which goes inside your cloud backup if you turn it on, to give it back to you when you change phones. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising or for any purpose other than those described. Use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Notifications

The app's notifications (the ongoing workout and the end of a rest) are created on your own phone and do not go through any server.

Exporting and deleting your data

You can export your history as CSV or JSON from Settings at any time. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings deletes it from the phone.

If you turned on the cloud backup, you can delete the account from the app (Settings → your email → Delete account) or by email. The account, the profile and the backup are deleted for good; any feedback you sent stays with nothing that identifies you. The steps are in Delete your account.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If the app starts handling data differently (for example, optional social features), this page will be updated first, and the date above will show it.
